Excellent and Personable Service

My wife and I came to Richard to to update our wills and plan for how our estate might be passed to our children. Richard spent almost the entire afternoon with us explaining the nuance and implications of each decision we would face. It was an enlightening experience. Although Richard obviously ...knows his stuff and is most personable, what is most valuable to me is the knowledge that we have the estate plan that we want. With Richard's help, we knew our options and we've now chartered our course.

Excellent experience

I consulted and hired Richard to work with me to organize my Estate Planning and Will. He spent several hours with me asking questions and explaining different scenarios to make sure that we created the exact plan that I was comfortable with. The result was a comprehensive plan at a fair price. In... addition Julia did a great job communicating with me and coordinating / distributing all of the necessary documents and meetings. Very good team and a positive experience.

Revocable Living Trust

Richard is extremely professional and could not be more up to date or informed on Estate Planning. He explained that in Georgia, we did not need to go to the expense of a trust unless there were extenuating circumstances. Since we had some we did engage him to produce trust documents as well as wil...ls. We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend his services.

Estate planning/Will

Richard made planning easy and took the the time to explain every step so I could make the best decisions in planning my will. I found him to be kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the issues at hand. Estate planning can be a daunting task but with Richards guidance I can now rest easy k...nowing things are in order.
