Estate planning review

Richard and his staff were great to work with on our estate planning and wills. Richard made this complicated process easy for my wife and me to understand. We are so happy to have this done after many years of putting it off. We highly recommend Morgan and Disalvo.

Highly Professional Law Firm

The firm of Morgan & DiSalvo is a small but highly professional law firm. We worked with Richard Morgan to update our Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives for Healthcare. Mr. Morgan took time with us at our first meeting in order to get to know us and most importantly our ...specific needs for estate planning. He is extremely personable and helpful and every question was answered in a way that was easy to understand. I would be remiss if I did not mention his paralegal Kim Comstock who was also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Mr. Morgan and his firm for any of your estate planning needs. Attorney Reccommndation

In addition to being very personable, Richard Morgan was very professional. My will was very thorough and covered many contingencies that I didn't think about. He also recommended that I look into my financial plans and possibly change the way the beneficiaries are set up to make it easier for the ...executor to work on my estate. I strongly recommend Attorney Morgan if you need a will, power of attorney and advanced directive for health care.

Great service and advice

I began working with Richard Morgan shortly after my husband passed away. He advised me on the action I needed to take in order to ensure that my house and vehicles were properly transferred to my name. He then reviewed my current Will and advised that no update was required. We reviewed my Durable... Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directive and decided that both of these needed to be updated. Richard was professional and engaging and the turnaround time for both documents was excellent. I also found their web site very helpful and informative. I was grateful that unnecessary services were not pushed on me. Altogether a very positive experience.

Very knowledgeable Firm

Richard Morgan has been my attorney in regard to planning for the future through Wills, Trusts, Estate planning, etc. for the last five years.
