Awesome Estate Lawyer

To me, the most important things in this world are accepting Christ as my Savior and living my life for Him, cherishing, loving and being with my precious son God gave to me and having everything prepared, when it's my time to go, to make it easier for him during that difficult time. Richard and his ...staff were amazing to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and patient, when I had to ask him to explain something a dozen times for me because I kept forgetting what he told me. And, his staff was also easy to reach and quick to respond to get the answers that I needed. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo if you're in the Atlanta metro.

Credible, thorough and trustworthy

I'm a repeat client of Richard's practice, Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. Richard helped me put together my estate plan documents previously in 2014. In 2017 he helped me update my Power of Attorney & Advance Directive for Health Care to align with recent changes in Georgia state law. Great Attorney

We hired Richard and his team to do our Estate and Trust work. Here are the key highlights: We phone screened 10 firms that were recommended or had great reviews online. We then interviews 3 in person. We selected Richard because he was knowledgeable, passionate, responsive, and had a very well or...ganized office manager. Richard’s price was about 25-50% higher than the other firms we interviewed but we clearly saw the expertise and personal customization he offered to make the documents do what we wanted. We are frugal people but we saw a huge difference in his strategies and approach. He exceeded our expectations in every way and was well worth the fee he charged. Specifically, he gave us unlimited time and patiently explained his process and thinking in terms we could understand, answered long emails with complete and detailed responses, made sure he was clear on our intent, helped us vet corporate trustees, and coached us through several difficult decisions about our family. Richard and his partner Lorraine have deep subject mater expertise that I am sure will save our family millions of dollars in taxes. He gave us real confidence about our estate plan. Everything you want in a lawyer

Richard was outstanding. We had very little knowledge going into getting our affairs in order, and Richard walked us through the entire process. He answered every question no matter how ridiculous. He responded very promptly to all emails and phone calls. He explained things in both legal terms a...nd definitely dumbed it down for us when we needed further explanation. He was professional, and we felt very comfortable divulging every nook and cranny of our lives to ensure that we got the best help he could offer.

Estate Planning is Not Easy

While not easy to plan for your own last days and eventual death we were immediately put at ease. Richard, Lorraine and Diane did an excellent job of explaining what we needed to consider and how to understand what their recommendations were for our own future, as well as what the situation would be ...after our deaths. All our concerns were addressed and considered when making our individual plans. We highly recommend them.
