Estate Plan

Richard Morgan and his entire staff exceeded my expectations by carefully listening and structuring my Trust, Will, POA, and Health Care documents to reflect my wishes. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with

Richard was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I needed to create a will and trust with assets in other states which was very complicated. He gave great advice that our financial planner agreed with and was very thorough and well organized. He and his team surpassed our expectations!

Attorney Reccommndation

In addition to being very personable, Richard Morgan was very professional. My will was very thorough and covered many contingencies that I didn't think about. He also recommended that I look into my financial plans and possibly change the way the beneficiaries are set up to make it easier for the ...executor to work on my estate. I strongly recommend Attorney Morgan if you need a will, power of attorney and advanced directive for health care.
