Richard Makes Sure Our Family is Prepared for the Future

Richard Morgan has been our ‘go to’ person for changes to our trusts, wills and related documents since 2017. Richard takes the time to listen and understand our changing family dynamics and the need to protect our assets. It’s also important that we make sure that our adult children will have some...one to work with when we are no longer able to do so. Richard also has significant involvement in the Georgia state trust law changes. He did a great job understanding our needs and updating our documents to work best with Georgia statute changes that have occurred since our last update. Richard’s staff is extremely helpful and wonderfully responsive. They took care of our needs along the way and were always there to answer our questions. Outstanding Resource for Estates, Trusts and Wills

I was referred to Richard by my previous estate lawyer who recently retired. He knew Richard through the professional organization and some work that was done.
