Estate Planning

My wife and I were looking for a attorney to do estate planning. My wife's sister gave us Morgan and Disalvo as her attorney. We contacted Richand Morgan and could not have been more pleased. Richard has served us for many years and is always very thorough explaining all our questions, everything dea...ling with end of life transfer of the estate through the trusts on which we decided. Richard followed up numerous times to make sure we understood the impact of how our decisions and how they would effect our trust. He has kept us posted on needed changes in the laws and regulations and advised us how to best handle or change sections of our will. The staff was very efficient and accomindating and is always friendly and welcoming.

Very professional

We randomly selected Mr. Morgan’s firm to assist us in estate planning. At our first meeting, we felt very comfortable with his knowledge concerning what we were hoping to achieve. Although things were sidelined by Covid, his office was in constant communication and we were finally able to complete ...our plan. His office staff is most kind and helpful and we highly recommend Mr. Morgan and his firm for your legal needs.

Estate Plan

Richard Morgan and his entire staff exceeded my expectations by carefully listening and structuring my Trust, Will, POA, and Health Care documents to reflect my wishes. Experience

I hired Richard to help us with Will as well as estate planning. A Lawyer that listens

My wife wanted will to protect her in case I died before her. So we found a Lawyer (Richard Morgan) and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. The other things related to estate planning was just icing on the cake. It was exactly what we wanted, beside 1 failure of communication on our part,... and 2 tiny typos it was perfect. The typos and the communication error was fixed before the review meeting was half over. It was a very nice experience. Thanks Richard.
