Revocable Trust and Living Will

I reached out to Richard, my financial advisor's recommendation. Richard promptly scheduled an appointment with me and my wife and explained the details about Revocable Trust. He also described the differences between other options, such as Living Will and Irrevocable Trust. All of this was done ove...r a Zoom call from the comfort of my home. He reviewed my expectations and provided specific advice about the type of Trust, the benefits, and maintenance. He meticulously had me and my wife listed all our financial assets and real estate. Ideas like planning the percentage of benefits passed on to my children and the age schedule were constructive in putting together a thorough plan. The elapsed time to complete the documentation was about six months. I paid half upfront and half after completion. Richard’s team connected me through this period and shared the drafts. He set up another Zoom call to educate me on the prepared draft. This beneficial session lasted over two hours, during which Richard answered every question my wife and I were seeking clarity on. I have become familiar with what otherwise looks like a legal pile of papers. Once I signaled my clarity and understanding, Richard’s team scheduled my wife and me for an in-person visit to his office to sign the documents before the witness. It is a friendly office with a supportive staff; the signing process was about an hour. I now have peace of mind that I've got a Revocable Trust, a digital copy of it, and a Living Will; all my life's efforts are covered, and I can have my family continue to build on my efforts further. He is also available to answer any follow-up questions or processes.

After my husband’s death, I needed to update my will, POAs, establish a trust, etc. to get all my legal affairs in order. I arranged a ZOOM consultation with Richard to explain what I wanted & hoped to accomplish. He listened, took notes, asked questions, and answered my questions with easy to follow... suggestions & recommendations. The review was also held via ZOOM, & he was very thorough in explaining every draft document that had been prepared. The signing with witnesses was done in his offices & was handled efficiently & quickly with no “hiccups.” Richard & his staff were courteous, competent, professional, and very thorough with all facets of my estate planning. I highly recommend Richard for any of your estate planning needs.

Estate Planning

My wife and I utilized Richard Morgan to redo our Estate Plans, Wills, POAs and Health Care directives. Richard and his staff were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations. Richard is very patient and took a lot of time to make sure we understood the purpose/intent behind each document ...and the actions we needed to take to achieve our goals. Very professional

We randomly selected Mr. Morgan’s firm to assist us in estate planning. At our first meeting, we felt very comfortable with his knowledge concerning what we were hoping to achieve. Although things were sidelined by Covid, his office was in constant communication and we were finally able to complete ...our plan.
