Revocable Living Trust

Richard is extremely professional and could not be more up to date or informed on Estate Planning. He explained that in Georgia, we did not need to go to the expense of a trust unless there were extenuating circumstances. Since we had some we did engage him to produce trust documents as well as wil...ls. We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend his services.

Excellent Family Estate Planning Attorney

Our family is very pleased with the job Richard Morgan has done for our complex estate planning. With most of our family assets consisting of complicated real estate holdings, and insurance policies, Mr. Morgan was able to put together an estate plan to keep the wealth within the family and significa...ntly reduce or eliminate estate taxes which is what our goal is. Mr. Morgan has been a trusted adviser to our family for over 15 years, and when the need has arisen that required experience and expertise outside of his services, he has not hesitated to recommend someone to us, as well as follow up to make sure everything was done as required. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr. Morgan to other families.

Great Experience

After a divorce, I met with Mr. Morgan to establish Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive. He spent a lengthy amount of time on the initial visit to educate me on the different facets of estate planning. He never charged for this service. Mr. Morgan and his staff were very professio...nal and organized. I highly recommend Mr. Morgan for your estate planning needs.

Retired Individual

Richard and his staff are very thorough in their recommendations and preparation of my estate plan. I own real estate in two states and Richard was able to manage the transfer of the deed to my out of state property. If you have a large or complex estate, I would highly recommend Richard.
