Mr. Woods was incredibly nice to us when a tragedy struck in our family. Our family member was hit and severely hurt in an 18-wheeler accident when a big truck him. He soon lost his job and therefore his medical benefits and was left to recover on his own and struggle to pay all of his regular bills.... The insurance company didn’t want to pay and he got more and more depressed every day. I was upset and was praying about it. A church member I trusted in called Mr. Woods for us and he talked to us right away, taking the call on a Sunday after church. Mr. Woods said don’t worry, he would handle everything and that’s exactly what he did. We had nothing but he knew how to do everything. If I had a question, I could call him personally and if I was sad he would encourage me to stay positive. He battled the insurance company so we wouldn’t have to. The big money he won for us wasn’t the point to Attorney Woods but getting us what we really needed and deserved was his whole goal. He was kind and really cared about what we were going through. He worked tirelessly to get us the maximum. Now, I wish the accident had not of happened , but since it did, I’m so glad that God sent us to the right lawyer. I had a court case in Jasper County, SC. My lawyer drove for hours on a snowy day to defend me. We walked in the courtroom, I didn't have to say anything and he argued a motion and got my case thrown out completely.
