Man, trust me - you do NOT want to get into the kind of trouble I was in when I met Freddy..... I was polite to everyone during the situation and stayed very patient. I really needed a lawyer after I got into some real trouble. I told a friend of mine what happened and she referred me to Mr. Woods. I called his office and left a message with his assistant and he called me right back like one minute later. I talked to him for about 20 minutes and he answered all of... my questions. I felt my life was over and I was embarrassed to tell him my story. I felt guilty for getting in trouble with the law but he never once made me feel bad about it. He treated me like a person who made a mistake and not like a criminal as the police made me feel. I had been depressed and couldn't sleep for days but after I talked to him I felt better. I said I would think about everything but 30 minutes later, I called him right back and hired him and I'm glad I did. The first looming court date was postponed until he got the evidence, then he explained everything to me and what was going to happen at the next court date. He was cool and comfortable at court and seemed to know everybody. Bottom line, we went to court, he won the case, I didn't go to jail and I went back to my life. I am never getting into trouble again, it was too stressful but Mr. Woods was a lifesaver. If you need a lawyer, hire Mr. Woods, he is a good lawyer and his skill let me live again.

My daughter got a DUI. As her mother, I was really upset and worried about her future and concerned about what would happen at court. We talked to some attorneys but never felt that they would really try to help her. I called Mr. Woods' office and his secretary put him right on the phone. He talked t...o both me and my daughter and made us both feel at ease. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and answered them all. He told us about how the field sobriety test and the breathalyzer worked and said he would fully investigate the case and not to worry. He was true to his word, he took care of all parts of the case and took the time to explain the evidence and legal issues with me. This was her first experience with any kind of attorney and I had only used an attorney for our house closing years ago. He gave us his cell phone number and whenever we called him, he was there to talk to us and always nice and cordial. At court, he did all of the talking so she didn't have to say anything but yes your honor and no your honor to the judge. He got the DUI thrown out and she ended up paying a really small fine for not having her driver's license with her when she was arrested. She has no criminal record, no points against her license and she even got to keep her license privileges and can drive. I don't know what we would have done without Mr. Woods. He was a good guy and a great lawyer. I highly recommend using him as a lawyer!!!

I was facing a DUI Charge after driving home one night. I was scared and upset because I had never gotten in any type of legal trouble in my life.
