I hired Susan because she was referred to me by a friend and I trusted his opinion. I had been involved in a motorcycle accident and was being charged with DUI. I did not have the opportunity to take a breathilzer do to the fact that I was unconscious when I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Wh...ile unconscious and being treated for multiple injuries law enforcement was nice enough to take a blood sample. The first time I talked to Susan I was heavily medicated but I told her everything I knew at the time, which wasn't very much. She knew right away the blood sample was the weak link. A few days before court after she finally got all the paperwork she needed she gave me a call after talking to the prosecutor. It looked like they had everything in order and the best offer I was going to get was a slightly lesser charge that carried basically the same penalties. She wasn't happy about the results and told me to think about it and she was going to take another look. The next day she called and had got it reduced to a reckless driving with a $400 fine. It was awesome! She found the mistake link she knew she would be looking for the very first time we spoke. I would absolutely refer her to anyone that needed help. I was so happy I could have kissed the buddy that referred her to me right on the mouth.
