Susan is very good listener and getting all of the facts in the case. I also knew networking with other Departments and Agencies was important navigating through the cases. Susan has the networking experience. It has very beneficial that Susan has experience working on both sides of the law. This... helps understanding how to work with the Prosecutor, the Court and Law Enforcement through the case and the rights of who she is defending. Sometimes, it is a balancing act trying to get a positive outcome of the charge/s. She understands what is a fair outcome for both. Her follow ups are timely and concise. I recently hired Susan Williams to represent me after being charged with a DUI. Because of faults she found in how the arresting officer conducted my field sobriety test (more than one thing was done wrong an/or done in a way that could affect how I preformed during the test), as well as, things that... the arresting officer put incorrectly in the report, she was able to get the DUI dropped to reckless driving. Because of this nothing goes on my criminal record and I only had to pay a traffic ticket for reckless driving and had points put on my license. The whole time Susan was extremely professional and helpful and helped put me at ease during an extremely stressful experience. Originally I got caught with a trafficking felony that coulda screwed me up for a while. 15 years was the max. Once I was bailed out, She got me a deal on rehabilitation at a nice place locally.
