I have dealt with a few different attorneys on different issues. I have never experienced such professional and thorough help in my 36 years. If you have a legal problem, especially DUI related. HIRE SUSAN!!!! She is the best around, and turn what should be a nightmare experience into as pleasant ...of an experience as possible.

I lost my license 12 years ago, was informed I could get it back in 7 years. However when I contacted the organizations I was instructed to deal with, no one had a clue what they were talking about. I contacted other lawyers no one I spoke with knew if their office handled license suspensions it was ...frustrating. I contacted Mrs. Williams office on Monday May 23rd, 2022 and spoke with her secretary Kaitlyn, who immediately transferred me to the para legal Jenni, she informed me that what I was being told by others was not correct, & informed me that Mrs. Williams was out of town, but Jenni would e-mail her about my case. She also stated I may not hear from her that day. Well in fact she did respond that day, & immediately reached out to get some concrete answers for me. Through text messages with Mrs. Williams by Friday May 27th, 2022 my full driving privileges were reinstated, obviously retaking the tests & what not. I had dealt with so many other law offices, as well as the DMV itself & no one could help me, or give me any clear direction. Mrs Williams & her amazing staff did for me in FOUR days what no one else could help me with in SEVEN YEARS!!!! They went above & beyond what I was expecting, having been let down so many times, & just feeling like I was being dismissed. Thank You Mrs. Williams, Kaitlyn, & Jenni. I greatly appreciate what you all did for me.
