Hired Mr. Christmas for my Workers Compensation claim. He was okay when it looked like it was going to be a straight forward claim. Although I made him very aware of serious concerns at my consultation. Once things got a lot more complicated I was very aware that he did not listen to half of what I s...aid. When he would return a call he asked the same questions over and over. I had not had any treatment for my injury but he repeatedly inquired about how my recovery was going. He thought I was being paid, I was not. He missed planned phone calls. Due to his lack of listening during our calls or meetings he would insist I was "changing my story ". I had black and white proof that I was being 100% honest. He had no faith in our ability to win at a hearing. I then realized he was not the lawyer I wanted fighting for me because he did not know my case well enough to fight for me. I informed him of my concerns over the lack of him knowing the simple facts of my case, the missing of meetings and calls and informed him I was unhappy with his servixe . He was not happy about this and he said he felt we had a personality conflict and should end our relationship. I was more than happy to do so. When I complained it was the fastest he ever returned a phone call and he was not even in the office that day. It set my case back several months but it was well worth it. I hired a lawyer that I was very pleased with. My case was difficult but with the proof I had it was easily won once we got to the hearing level. Mr. Christmas you should listen to your clients, and you do not need to act like you are superior to others. It is unbecoming and it makes you look like a snob. Lesson learned , do not pick the law firm just because you know the name from TV not always a great move. I will research if the need to hire another law firm comes up.

I would recommend Gary Christmas. He is an Attorney who doesn't seem like your stereotyplcal lawyer. He was sincere and handled my case with the highest degree of professionalism. His staff was very nice each time I had a question, ( and I had alot of them). Gary fought for me and obtained a great ou...tcome, in both cases, (the settlement and Social Sercurity). I would hire hime again if needed.
