RESPECTFUL, EFFICIENT, AFFORDABLE

I was arrested with a DUI in July of this year. I was mortified, to say the least. I knew I had to obtain a lawyer. I was glad to have found Matthew.He is a no nonsense, understanding of the law and respectful attorney. He helped me to get the charge eventually dismissed. He worked diligently to he...lp me to suffer the least possible outcome.

DUI Case

Matthew was very forthright in his explanation of the consequences in my case. He was able to get my sentences reduced and the DUI case dismissed along with the criminal record expunged. I could not have asked for a better result and would highly recommend Matt to anyone in need of his services.

NOT GUILTY

Hiring Matthew Marin to represent me was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was arrested for DUI and feared the worst. But Matthew Marin truly saved me. He was successful in having the breathalyzer results thrown out, then took my case all the way to trial, where he was able to convince a ju...dge that without said results, the prosecution could not meet the burden of proof necessary to convict. I was found NOT GUILTY, and I couldn't be more relieved. I would recommend Matthew Marin to anyone charged with a DUI in the state of Rhode Island.

great job

Mat Marin is an excellent attorney . I found him online and took down his number an sent him a text on a saturday morning and he didn't hesitate to text me back right away which i thought was great . After a few text we set up a meeting and he took my case which wasn't an easy DUI charge to defend . ...However after a couple months he came through and literally saved my job because i work construction an had i lost my license i would have lost my job with it , Matt Marin did such a good job and was able to get the charge reduced and "filed" for one year with no loss of license of. I would definitely hire him again if i needed to and i would recommend him to my family and friends .

doesn't need commercials , word of mouths is enough!

I found myself in a bind within the court system and luckily I was able to find Mr. Matthew T. Marin , an outstanding person and lawyer, to represent me. Mr. Matthew T. Marin answered every question I had in a way that was simple for me to understand. He was available and easily reachable every time ...I needed him. After working hard on my case, Mr. Matthew T. Marin was able to resolve 2 serious cases I had received within a month while being out on bail . I had pending charges from assault and battery , destruction of property , drug possession and DUI that could have cost me some serious prison time. The case resulted in 10 hours of community service and court fines while every serious charge got dismissed! He's very professional and works hard and his firm is strong and confident and respected all over ! I recommend Mr. Matthew T. Marin ,due to his hard work, diligence and extensive knowledge of the law.
