Matt is the best choice

I came across Matt on Google by searching for DUI lawyers and I could not have been more satisfied with his help in my case. He was extremely professional and presented me with the best case scenario for my situation and then executed the plan just as he said he would (including expunging my criminal... charge). In court I could tell he was very well respected among all of the judges and prosecutors. I highly recommend Matt to anyone charged with a criminal case (or any other cases he deals with!)

Dui charge reduced to reckless driving

After hiring attorney marin, he quickly went to work on my case. After only a few short months he had negotiated with the judge and prosecuter to have my dui charge reduced to reckless driving! Excellent work

I hired Matthew Marin to represent me when I got arrested for a DUI. He made this stressful time a bit easier by explaining what would happen, what I needed to do, and how I would get through it. Worth every penny to have someone so dedicated to his work be behind you every step of the way!!

First offense DUI and refusal

Matt was by far the best lawyer ever. He was professional, courteous and right on about how my first offense DUI case was going to go right from the first meeting with him. He had my DUI charge dropped within a month and a half just like he told me would happen. I can't say enough great things about... Matt. If you want a top notch attorney Matt Marin is the one . Absolutely the Best Around, Hands Down!

I've never had any criminal past, but one fateful night I made a mistake and was facing some serious trouble - a DUI. I took a breathalyzer and according to the test, was over the limit. I called Matt the very next day and he responded within 30 minutes and scheduled a meeting for the very next day. ...Matt's demeanor is both extremely calm and confident (more of a silent confidence) and makes you feel at ease throughout. Matt was on top of my case right away, immediately filing to obtain the police's evidence against me right after our meeting. He was able to find many holes/errors in the police report and video evidence and was able to get the breathalyzer tests thrown out as inadmissible. With that, along with further errors found, was able to get the charges amended to Reckless Driving. Furthermore, I was able to keep my license completely. I ended up getting Reckless Driving, which was "Filed" for one year (basically as long as I don't get into any additional trouble within a year, everything gets wiped away from my record), had to make a Donation to charity and had to pay court costs. I couldn't have even imagined a better outcome!!! Matt literally saved my career and made my life so much easier going forward. Definitely Lesson Learned! If you run into trouble, Matt Marin is the only attorney to call! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Thank you so much, Matt!!!
