could not ask for more

Hello, I hired Matthew to represent me in DUI matter. This is a stressful situation for anyone. I could not have asked for more from Matt and could not be happier in my decision to use him as counsel. His professionalism and availability was above and beyond. For me personally, I just needed a a...ll my questions answered thoroughly and guidance on each step of the process. Matt exceeded my expectations is all regards. I hope I never need his services again but if I did, I wouldn't think twice about hiring him again or referring any friends his way.

Miracle lawyer

I had never been arrested for anything in my life before getting a dui. I hired Matthew Marin and he was great. Not only did he get my dui dropped to a reckless driving but it was also entered as a fileing meaning I can get it expunged from my record in a year, even though i took a breathalyzer! was... also excellent at making sure I understood exactly what was going on at all times as well as what could potentially happen in the future. I can say with full confidence that this was the best $2500 I have ever spent and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

Should I hire laywer?

The judicial system can be difficult to navigate and frustrating to understand. I had spoken with several lawyers regarding my DUI case and immediately made my choice upon meeting Mr Marin in his providence office. As a personal aside Matt is extremely approachable and friendly. He took the time clea...rly outline what was happening and how my upcoming court dates would unfold and what I could reasonably expect. To put it simply Matt made the process easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable. However more importantly, he advocated for me sincerely, and as a potential client I would assume you could expect the same. His rates are reasonable for an attorney with so much experience in dui cases and his proffesional process exemplifies this.

Attorney Marin your best option!

After having a few beers with close friends I took the risk to drive home . I got caught by the police . I was very naive and I answered every question they asked me and told them every detail about my night. I was in serious trouble . I contacted attorney Marin and in less than 4 hours after the ca...ll he had already set an appointment with me . I am doing a master's and I just bought a car so my credit or finances weren't in the right place to handle a dui but he let me pay in installments . He was always honest about my options and told me what was best for me . He got me the most benign punishment the law could give me . I didn't lose my license , although for a month I will be with a hardship license but that is nothing in comparison to be without a license for a month. I got ten days of community service and 3 months of driving with an interlock device . I am looking forward to see him in 5 years and expunged this misdemeanor from my record. I recommend Mr. Marin to anybody involved in a dui case. Don't drink and drive!

Best Lawyer Around!

I was charged with a Driving Under the Influence charge in the State of Rhode Island in late September. I received numerous positive reviews from various sources in regards to Mr. Marin. Needless to say, I hired him immediately after speaking with him. Less than 2 months after my arrest date, my DUI ...charge was dismissed!
