I couldn’t be more pleased with Amy Smith. She was honest and upfront from the start, with the complexities of my case. She never over-promised nor did she ever under-deliver with my expectations. That being said she won the case by fighting hard for my innocence. It is clear that she prepares well f...or trial and has the skill to succeed in the courtroom. Would recommend her to anyone in the Waynesville area. 11/10 for her!!!

Amy is articulate, well spoken and has extensive knowledge of the law far more than any other lawyer I spoke with prior to our meeting. Amy Smith was great!!! I called several offices in the area with no response but Amy called me back in 15 minutes. I don’t live in the area anymore and explained it would be difficult to make it up there for a court date and she got on it right away! The price was more than fair and the work was more... than professional. I was able to do everything over the phone, and she dismissed the nonsense charges against me. She even went out of her way to go collect documents from the courthouse for me literally minutes after I called her. Working with Amy was a breeze and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would recommend Amy and her law office over any other office in Waynesville. Their professionalism sets them way above the rest.
