I found myself in a sticky situation that resulted in me getting arrested and facing criminal charges from a traffic violation (in a nutshell, I didn't realize an officer was trying to pull me over for a few minutes and they charged me with resisting a public officer). Being from Canada attending the... court date was difficult and expensive. I put my trust in Mr. Earwood. Everybody at his office was very friendly and helpful, and they held my hand through a stressful time and assured me we would get a good outcome. Mr. Earwood was able to get all the charges dropped against me, including the traffic ticket itself, in consideration for the troubles I went through (going to jail, posting bond, paying for the tow truck)... We are now in the process of getting the entire record expunged as I travel to the US frequently and it would be very helpful to have nothing on my record when I cross the border.

I got a speeding ticket for going 20 over the speed limit, and there was a mandatory court appearance. However, I am from out-of-state, so I couldn't show up in court myself. I called Mr. Earwood's office to represent me, and the secretary was very prompt, gave me all of the details on all of my op...tions, and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. It was also very easy to pay their fees online. Mr. Earwood showed up for me in court and reduced my ticket down to 5 over. His office made the whole process very easy for me.
