Super satisfied
I chose Dustin because of his five-star reviews — and now I understand why. He didn’t just meet expectations, he set a new standard for what legal representation should look like. From the very beginning, Dustin treated my case — and my children — with the seriousness, care, and respect it deserved....

Child custody
Going through any court experience is hard and when it comes to a custody hearing involving your children, to me, that is the hardest situation to go through. The very first time I had gone to court I was so terrified & could not keep myself from being emotional, to the point I asked for it to be dis...

Average
I hired Mr McCrary to handle my complicated custody matters and to follow through with the remaining issues in my divorce. He was very good handling divorce, but not so good regarding custody. He also never paid me back what was left of my retainer fee.

Proceed with Caution
Working with Dustin McCrary has been one of the worst experiences. He would say one thing one month and then go back on it and say something different the next month - multiple times. He did not answer emails, phone calls, or texts. I had SOOOOO many questions during the custody and divorce process...
Corey, Thank you for taking the time to write this review of me on Yelp, AVVO and Google. I am very sorry to know that you weren’t pleased with my services. I realize the time zones between the east coast and the west coast can be problematic when scheduling telephone appointments, which is why I made sure to accommodate your work schedule to speak with you after normal business hours. If you would please email me or call me to address what aspect of your case did not result in your desired goal, I would sincerely appreciate that. I am confident that we accomplished all your goals and did so in a timely manner. I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving. Thank you, Dustin

Visitation
My experience with Mr. McCrary was anything but successful If I would have continued listening to Mr. Mcrary I would have no control over my child visitation. At the consultation he told me I had a great chance . And it became very clear during my experience Mr McCrary was inexperienced with my ...
Rickey, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of me. I am very sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with my legal advice. I sincerely try to give the very best legal advice that I can to each and every person that I represent. I am confident I did that for you. And while it has been almost 18 months since we last spoke, I am sure that I have never advised any client to do anything that would leave that person in no control over their visitation with their child. If you wanted to hire different counsel to represent you, I completely respect your decision to do that. You have to be comfortable and confident in the decisions you make with your attorney as you make these life changing decisions. As far as the fee agreement, I have used the same fee agreement for going on eight years. The fee agreement clearly states on page 1, in the third paragraph, in italics - and is the only thing in italics in the entire fee agreement - that the fee paid is a non-refundable fee agreement to hire me. The fee agreement also has a paragraph that has to be signed stating that the person understands the entirety of the fee agreement. I wish you would have asked if you didn't understand anything in the fee agreement or about my representation at the time you hired me. I had no reason to believe that you didn't understand the fee agreement since you did hire me to be your attorney. If you'd like to discuss this further, please call my office at 704.380.0456 or email me at dustin@mccrarylaw.com. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Dustin
