Dustin McCrary could not have possibly handled my traffic violations case in a more efficient and professional manner, in spite of the fact that I gave him very little notice prior to my court date. During our first conversation on the phone he assured me that while advanced notice would be preferabl...e, he was confident he could "win" my case. Explaining step by step the actions he would take/how things would play out and I must say I love it when a plan comes together. Dustin was able to get my one ticket for "Driving with a Suspended License" completely dropped, and my other ticket for "Failure to Wear a Seatbelt" reduced, all in one appearance. Saving me money in the short term in superfluous lawyer fees and in the long term by keeping points off of my license. I would absolutely recommend Mr. McCrary for any potential legal troubles, he was a real life saver.

I had an Failure To Appear ticket for a dead tag. This ticket came in the mail TWO years after the actual court date. I had actually gone up to the Iredell courthouse that year, showed the DA proof it was fixed and they claimed I was good and didn't have to worry about court. So then two years later,... Iredell wanted me to pay 450$ to them to resolve this but Dustin McCrary only asked for his small fee and got me completely out of this! I'm so glad I didn't have to pay a dime to Iredell County after what they did right at christmas time! Mr. McCrary really saved Christmas! And all in very short notice too! I also really liked the fact I was actually able to talk to him on the phone, not just the assistant. I will definitely use him again if I'm ever in a bind.

I met Dustin and immediately knew that I needed him handling my legal matters. I was dealing with a painful divorce and custody situation and was not making any substantial progress in my case. Dustin took my call, set up an appointment with me, and explained everything that was happening how we woul...d move forward. Never were there any misconceptions about what was taking place or what the result would be. Dustin did not make me any guarantees. However, his ability to be straightforward was much appreciated. My particular situation involved many difficult roadblocks and Dustin managed them all with ease. I was able to call, text, email, and set up a meeting anytime I felt necessary. Even more surprising to me was when I had some urgent matters in the middle of the night, and Dustin responded almost immediately. (I emailed Dustin at 12:21 AM and got his response 12:24 AM. I still feel sorry for the late communication, but was amazed by his prompt attention.) When I found myself becoming frustrated or overwhelmed with the process, Dustin was always able to reassure and calm my nerves. Most recently Dustin assisted me with a Modification of Custody. The goal was to come to an agreement with the other party and avoid court which unfortunately did not happen. While I had been impressed so far with Dustin’s legal ability, demeanor, and communication; Dustin’s professionalism and preparedness in court far surpassed my expectations. The prep work on my case was nothing short of superb, and we met several times leading up to court ensuring we were both on the same page. On our final day in court, Dustin asked me how I thought we did. I told him I wouldn’t change a thing and after continuing to go over it all after the fact, I still wouldn’t change a thing. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Dustin sooner. I feel like he is invested in my case just as much as I am. Going forward I hope not to be engaged in legal matters, but if needed Dustin is the only lawyer I’ll hire.

Dustin McCrary was a consummate professional in all dealings with me as well as with the judge for my case. He got my ticket reduced to "9 mph above the limit", which was a much better situation for me.
