I hired Dustin based on these reviews. I was most disappointed in his devotion to my case, he showed up to court unprepared and ultimately lost. No matter how many times I reminded him of the important aspects of my case, he was just too preoccupied otherwise. He lost a verdict that had been uphel...d for years. He read the verdict wrong advising me differently than the order stated, held my refund check and just wasnt ready for the type of attorneys my x would hire to represent him.

Years after going through a domestic violence situation and getting away, my son was taken by the abusers family under false pretenses. I hired Dustin to help me get custody of my daughter. I was worried that my daughter was going to be put in a really bad living situation with her mother where she would be constantly around drugs and exposed to lice. After my first meeting with Dustin, I knew he wouldn’t let that happen. In court, D...ustin was prepared with a couple different strategies and was prepared for any scenario that we could have been hit with. At the moment I have temporary custody of my daughter with her mother only having supervised visitation. My daughter isn’t being thrust into a terrible living situation and I know with 100% certainty that she is safe. I would recommend Dustin to everyone.

Dustin McCrary could not have possibly handled my traffic violations case in a more efficient and professional manner, in spite of the fact that I gave him very little notice prior to my court date. During our first conversation on the phone he assured me that while advanced notice would be preferabl...e, he was confident he could "win" my case. Explaining step by step the actions he would take/how things would play out and I must say I love it when a plan comes together. Dustin was able to get my one ticket for "Driving with a Suspended License" completely dropped, and my other ticket for "Failure to Wear a Seatbelt" reduced, all in one appearance. Saving me money in the short term in superfluous lawyer fees and in the long term by keeping points off of my license. I would absolutely recommend Mr. McCrary for any potential legal troubles, he was a real life saver.

I had an Failure To Appear ticket for a dead tag. This ticket came in the mail TWO years after the actual court date. I had actually gone up to the Iredell courthouse that year, showed the DA proof it was fixed and they claimed I was good and didn't have to worry about court. So then two years later,... Iredell wanted me to pay 450$ to them to resolve this but Dustin McCrary only asked for his small fee and got me completely out of this! I'm so glad I didn't have to pay a dime to Iredell County after what they did right at christmas time! Mr. McCrary really saved Christmas! And all in very short notice too! I also really liked the fact I was actually able to talk to him on the phone, not just the assistant. I will definitely use him again if I'm ever in a bind.
