My experience with Mr. McCrary was anything but successful If I would have continued listening to Mr. Mcrary I would have no control over my child visitation. At the consultation he told me I had a great chance . And it became very clear during my experience Mr McCrary was inexperienced with my ... situation . When I discontinue his service Mr. McMcCrary then inform me that he has a non -refund clause found under Method of Payment (iii) so I was not able to get the 3,600.00 back that was not use.I tried to get Mr McCrary to give aleast some of my money back but he refused. From this I learn .Good lawyer don’t use this method

I hired Dustin based on these reviews. I was most disappointed in his devotion to my case, he showed up to court unprepared and ultimately lost. No matter how many times I reminded him of the important aspects of my case, he was just too preoccupied otherwise. He lost a verdict that had been uphel...d for years. He read the verdict wrong advising me differently than the order stated, held my refund check and just wasnt ready for the type of attorneys my x would hire to represent him.

Hired Mr McCrary after reading so many wonderful reviews and was so relieved and confident after our first meeting and conversation. However, I left 3-5 voicemails with questions about my case over a course of 3 months. He never returned any of them, which left me feeling very nervous about my case a...nd very confused on each court date. On the date of my first appearance in district court, I was the last case to be heard at the end of the day. Why? Mr McCrary did NOT show up for court! Where was my representation? After many calls from myself,the DA and other attorneys, he came flying in with a lame excuse and in turn caused my case to be continued. On the day of the following court appearance, I again sat wondering where he was. After calling his cell myself and members of the court also calling, he FINALLY came to court. He was very impersonal and not at all informative when speaking to me. The judge was obviously irritated at the irresponsibility and therefore handled my case with what almost seemed like a grudge. I would never recommend this attorney, but instead will warn others of my story.
