The investigation was launched, and a narrative was formed, I was never read my rights or suspected of a crime, but I was placed on legal hold and my retirement was in limbo. My name was entered in the "Officers Blackbook" and I was informed of the administrative process that could take 9-12 months easily putting my retirement plans on hold and uncertainty.
