My promotion was withheld because of a DUI Charge that was eventually dismissed. Command was not sure what they wanted to do and was holding my request for promotion to be reinstated. Eric completed my package for promtion and stayed on the command to endorse and forward to HQMC. Eric kept me infor...med at all times on the status of my package and ultimately was responsible for my request being approved and back dated to original date of rank. Straight to the point, no nonsense and professional individual. Would and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.
