As the title states, I absolutely recommend Eric M. Kopka for representation of any legal punishment a marine could face. I was arrested on two felony gun charges back home while on a 72 hour liberty period, and was facing Administrative Separation under a Commission of a Serious Offense (COSO). From... the first phone call to Mr. Kopka, I felt extremely confident leaving my future with the Marine Corps in his hands. He practiced on the prosecution side before working defense so he was able to clearly explain to me the obstacles we could potentially face throughout the whole process.
