I found myself in an unbelievable situation where I had witnesses and electronic evidence to support my claims and defend myself. I was always taught to document everything. I never would have imagined that with all my years in the military that even doing the right thing, and because someone has a p...roblem with you, they would push the envelope to use their authority and position to influence others to separate you from the military. No charges, NJP, or court martial straight to separation board! I thought had everything covered, that things would automatically work in my favor. Which was not the case! I wish i hired Mr. Kopka from the very beginning! When i felt helpless and wanted to give up on my last leg, he helped put things into perspective for the individuals with they last say so. Because of him I am able to hold my head up high, smile around the same people that though they could get away with twisting the legal system to their advantage and successful retire. When you need a Military Lawyer look no farther. Unfortunately I had an anonymous complaint against me. My unit moved me to another unit while conducting the investigation. My command did not inform me of the allegation. Nor did they inform me of where anything was in the process.
