Mr. Kopka was hired by me because of some sexual assault allegations, he advised me through the whole process from the beginning. Even though it was a long process, he continued to follow up with the Military side and kept me informed the whole way. I believe because of his advice and guidance throug...h this whole process, the case was closed with no pending charges. He is very personal, professional and has your best interest at all times. When you need a Military Lawyer look no farther. Unfortunately I had an anonymous complaint against me. My unit moved me to another unit while conducting the investigation. My command did not inform me of the allegation. Nor did they inform me of where anything was in the process. I had zero idea of ...what was going on, within 24 hours of hiring Eric I knew basically what the complaint was.
