DO NOT WAIT until it’s too late, hire him as soon as there is any sign you might need an attorney! Had I just trusted anyone to represent me or e...ven the assigned counsel, then the outcome would have vastly different. Eric will give you all the facts and recommendations to help you understand the legal process and make decisions. I lived in a completely different state and yet that never slowed Eric down! He was far more responsive, active, and knowledgeable than my originally assigned counsel that was working on the same base that I was.
