Eric Kopka and his paralegal Frederique Bedson are amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable of the system and very thorough in their preparation and delivery. DO NOT WAIT until it’s too late, hire him as soon as there is any sign you might need an attorney! Had I just trusted anyone to represent me or e...ven the assigned counsel, then the outcome would have vastly different. Eric will give you all the facts and recommendations to help you understand the legal process and make decisions. I lived in a completely different state and yet that never slowed Eric down! He was far more responsive, active, and knowledgeable than my originally assigned counsel that was working on the same base that I was. Mr. Kopka was hired by me because of some sexual assault allegations, he advised me through the whole process from the beginning. When you need a Military Lawyer look no farther. Unfortunately I had an anonymous complaint against me. My unit moved me to another unit while conducting the investigation. My command did not inform me of the allegation. Nor did they inform me of where anything was in the process.
