Mr Kopka was outstanding from start to finish. I was involved in a disgusting divorce. My now X wife made some unbelievable allegations to NCIS and every other agency who would listen. These allegations resulted in my being placed on Legal Hold among a number of other bonus repercussions. His out...standing attention to detail and unmatched understanding of Military Law kept everyone honest who was doing the investigation.
