I retained Eric's services nearly two years ago on the recommendation of a military lawyer who could not help me at the time. I knew nothing about Eric but after my initial consultation I knew I was in the right place. Lastly Eric's is a small firm and the team he has works flawlessly. Throughout the 21 months of my investigation I was never unable to get in contact with either Eric or Freddie and always received prompt call backs or responses to emails. As the title states, I absolutely recommend Eric M. Kopka for representation of any legal punishment a marine could face. I was arrested on two felony gun charges back home while on a 72 hour liberty period, and was facing Administrative Separation under a Commission of a Serious Offense (COSO).
