Excellent Support

It is difficult to express in words how grateful I am to Mr. David Courie and his support staff for the way my case was handled. From the moment I needed an attorney until the resolution of my case, I was treated with absolute respect. During the trial, the cool, collected approach led to the best ...possible outcome. He was never flustered, just resolute in the facts and the law. Danielle Rea is an amazing paralegal, and very attentive. Even when I needed last minute attention, she always provided excellent support. Without this team of professionals, I would have not been able to win my case. Thank you again for your support.

Legal Matters

Worked quickly to get my case resolved. Handled everything for me so that I was not required to be present in court. Notified me promptly with results. Ms. Rea, his paralegal was also very helpful in answering all of my questions. Team was all very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend... them to anyone needing legal services. Would go to them again, should I need to, though I hope I won't have to!

Positive feedback

I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge provided to me from Mr. Courie, his diligence and personal interest in handling my case was more than I could ask for. I would recomend him and his associates/staff highly to anyone seeking to receive a just decision for their l...egal issues. I have clients who are very well known through the legal profession, but decided not to use them because of our professional relationship, my decision to go with Mr. Courie and his team (after recommendations from other firms) has proven to be an asset and I will use them in the future if another issue arises.

A second chance

I got mixed up in something at work and it could have cost me my school career. After extensive research I went with Beaver & Courie. We sat down, he told me what my chances were and honestly everything he said he would do he did. Bc of my situation he worked with me on payments but I also had to hol...d up my end with my promises as well. The times I had to attend court he and his partner (Mark Hearp) were there bright and early and I was usually out by 9 in time for class. The only thing that I was unclear about was the fact that any questions comments or concerns after our initial consultation would go through his paralegal Ms.Danielle Rae. I had no issue with that I was just unaware that I would not see him unless it was in the court. I really appreciate all the help from him and his awesome team! Thank you guys so much!!!

The Best Criminal/Traffic Attorney In The Jurisdiction

One evening I was stopped by police in Fayetteville North Carolina and received two very serious charges. I am from Greensboro North Carolina and had no knowledge of attorneys in the Fayetteville area. Once back home, I researched attorneys in Cumberland County. I wanted to find the absolute “best tr...affic attorney” in that jurisdiction. I visited many websites and read extensively over the next few days. One name kept coming up. It was “David T. Courie”. I decided to call his office and spoke to Anne in the office of the firm. She was extremely friendly, caring, professional and efficient. She took my information, asked all the right questions, and set up a consultation call from Mr. Courie. David called the next day. His experience and confidence were evident, even over the phone. He was personable and caring, but got to the point. He discussed potential outcomes and explained his fee. I agreed to employ him. Over the next few days I emailed back and forth with his senior paralegal Danielle. I emailed her copies of the charges and all relevant information. She too was friendly and efficient, always answering my questions directly and immediately. A few months later I received an email from Danielle and David stating that he had been able to have the charges dismissed! I never went to court. I never even went back to Fayetteville! As stated earlier, the charges were significantly serious. I’m sure there are less expensive attorneys in the area and I doubt very seriously that simply having the charges dismissed is an outcome you could expect in most circumstances. However, when I weigh the monetary, time, and emotional costs of conviction, I’d have to say that this was the best investment I've ever made. I could not recommend a professional, in any field, any higher than I do David.
