We used this law firm to handle the estate of a relative. We are from out of state and they worked well with us to handle everything remotely. We never had any dealing with Ms. Winters directly. We stayed in contact by phone and everything was explained. We had a fairly simple case and the only thing... I would say would have made the experience better was if it was done quicker. Upon inital consultation I was told it would be about 90 days to complete, it ended up taking 6 months. They also worked with us on retainer amount and refunded balance in a tinely manner.
