Worst human being

I was his client and he tried to take advantage of my situation and told me he will only help me if i spend a night with him in his mansion. Be very careful if you are a female and visit him alone. If you are a teenager make sure you take someone with you.

Bankrupt

As long as you don't question Duncan you're fine, but remember when you are which Duncan knows in a desperate situation you will go along with his suggestions. He Gets The Job Done!

I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Cha...pter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Duncan asked me why I decided to contact his law firm instead of the other lawyers in Mecklenburg County. I informed Mr. Duncan that I was thoroughly impressed with the content on his website and his informative YouTube videos. The paralegal (Brooke) that was assigned to my case was very prompt with her email responses and informative. Just as Mr. Duncan stated during our meeting, my court filing date was in March and the trustee /creditors meeting was held in mid April. My Chapter 7 Bankruptcy was discharged at the end of June 2016. I am happy to announce that I have just received my brand new secured credit card in the mail on yesterday!
