After receiving a speeding ticket for driving 25mph over the speed limit, I was inundated with letters from attorneys seeking my business. I contacted and hired Mr. Huntley because he predicted (not promised) that the ticket could be reduced to an equipment violation with a fine and zero points. Ot...her attorneys I contacted said that result was not possible. Mr. Huntley stated that if the ticket was not reduced to an equipment violation, he would refund my money. Ultimately, the speeding ticket was reduced to an equipment violation, and Mr. Huntley promptly emailed me a copy of the the receipt from the court showing the fine was paid and the court order. In conclusion, I hope I will not get another ticket, but if I do, I will contact Mr. Huntley to resolve the matter.

Mr Huntley was an excellent attorney. My son got a ticket in North Carolina on his way to military leave in Virginia. I contacted Mr Huntley as it was difficult for my son to speak with him do to training. He handled our case basically via email and fax since I was in Alabama and my son was in Vi...rginia.
