My custody case felt very hostile from the beginning. The opposing counsel tried very hard to present me as a bad person, father and convolute the facts. It took me off guard. Then, I found Angela. Angela took a personal responsibility to do her best to first learn about the case and then represen...t me. She didn't play in to the games and negativity that the opposing counsel was trying hard to pursue. Instead she focused on who I was as a father, the connection I have with my child and the positive environment that I could provide. I am very thankful for Angela's dedication, hard work and trust in me. The case went how I wanted it to. If I had a friend or family member going through a divorce, I would insist that he or she chooses Angela.

Best of the Best!

I had the privilege to retain Angela and be represented with a class act, no-nonsense and efficient lawyer that I had complete confidence in. Knowing Angela had my best interest regarding a protective order along with a custody battle sure made the experience less stressful for me. The BEST!!!!

I have used Angela on several occasions, and honestly there is no one more organized, thorough, and all around tiger when it comes to killing them in the courtroom. She knows her stuff....she won't waste your time or money trying to do something that she doesn't thing will work. She's upfront and abs...olutely professional. Not just Angela, but her whole staff. Ice worked with and met several people at her firm, and you will not be sorry!!

Great Attorney in every aspect

Separation/Divorce is a very difficult, hard and emotionlly draining experience, so on my first consultation I was very nervous and really did not know what to expect. When I met with Angela, she put me at ease about the process and what I would need to do and get for her in order to get the process... in motion. She was so sincere with me, and with that I felt that I could trust her to have my best interest at heart, which in the end she most certainly did. No matter when I called or questions I may have had, Angela and her staff were very prompt in getting me an answer whether it be on the phone or email, which was very comforting. I must say say she always fought for me, in every aspect of my separation, and made sure I was well aware of my options and the possible outcome. I could go on and on about how wonderful Angela and her staff were, but I will just say she was a great attorney who was very informative and was in my corner, which is exactly what you need in a Separation/Divorce process. I was very well pleased with them and would highly recommend Angela McIlveen to anyone.

I have been a family law paralegal since 2005. I have seen hundreds of cases drag on for years. Angela manages to maintain the quality of her work while pushing the case through the cour...t system. I would hire McIlveen Family Law Firm to handle ANY family law matter for me if I was in need of an attorney. Angela fully understands the law, the judges and how the court system runs. An attorney needs to know all three which Angela does.
