I recently received a "Following to closely" and was pretty scared as to the extent of such ticket. I hired Painter to rep. me in a speeding infaction case and he sent me a letter that he said he got me off the hook with no charges at all after I had prepaid his office but when I mailed off for my MVR it showed that I was charged with speeding so I call his office to ask why and he has the sec. to ...hang up on me.

I hired him to represent me on a speeding ticket in anson county. some girl in his office, either Diana or Dana was supposed to call me back but she never did. She or he lost my ticket, never went to court for me, and my license was revoked. I called the anson county office back, but the number was... no longer in service. i called the DA's office in wadesboro and they said he couldnt make a go of it, and went back to monroe. what a sham!
