Contacted Mr. Williams based on his reviews in this site. Called the number, spoke to home in person. He told me what he could get my ticket reduced to, and he sent me the forms by email to fill out the same day. I got an email about 2 weeks later saying the traffic ticket was done. Came out with ...no points on insurance or license. Best part- I didn't have to travel back to Gaston County to do anything. Hopefully I'll never need him again, but if I do, I will definitely use him.
