My case was based on my X retaliation for DSS involvement initiated by me and my family and for good reasons. In retaliation she made up a false charge and used this to gain a restraining order and received emergency custody. Problem is there was no truth to her argument so instead of showing evidenc...e she would make herself look like a battered and abused wife to anyone she could. Lance helped to get the restraining order changed and the oral threats charge dismissed. Currently he is working on expungement of dismissed and dropped charges. His legal fees are moderate and he does a good job staying in control of the situation. I would hire him again in the future if I’m ever in a situation requiring criminal defense.
