Here's my story: I am a bona fide Medical Marijuana patient in the state of California where I reside. I had inadvertently carried my medicine with me to North Carolina where it was discovered at... the airport upon my departure. I was issued a citation. Through a referral from NORML, I engaged Mr. Williams to represent me. He was appreciative of my situation and went way beyond call of duty to discuss this matter with the presiding judge (the fine was dismissed but I had to plead guilty to a misdemeanor as I could not appear) and, subsequently, personally engage the assistant DA to allow me to “attend” an online drug education course (it was, in all fairness, actually informative) whereby the misdemeanor charge was reversed and dismissed and will be expunged from my record completely.
