Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

With Patrick Roberts’ help our son was given the best possible outcome – a dismissal of all charges. His planning and communication skills ensured that our family and our out of state co-counsel were all clear on his expert vision and guidance. Yes. Yet another positive review for Mr. Roberts

First off, I was in the same place you probably were, right now. Browsing for an attorney because things I was being questioned by authorities on a case involving a sex crime, which potentially would have had me registering in a sex offender database!! Like you, I noticed all of the glowing review...s and was skeptical. Like you, I was unsure what to do, and who to trust. I went in to the Raleigh office, and after talking with Mr. Roberts I knew I was in the right place. Not to mention another attorney in the office told me, once Mr Roberts left the room, that the ONLY reason he was there was to learn from Mr. Roberts. Hell, the polygraph expert told me himself that if he were ever in any hot water, this is the place he'd go. Long story, short, Mr Roberts got the case dismissed. He's not the cheapest option, but you are playing with your life. Figure out and do anything you can to get the money, because it could save you years of heartache/jail time etc. Do NOT wait until you are being formally charged, if you think there's even a chance, go see this guy and at least here what he has to say. The staff responded very very quickly, kept me informed and no one was blowing any smoke up my ass about results. But he did make me aware of his track record, and in the end, he was right. Case dismissed.

Worth every penny, helped me get my life back on track!

With the sensitive nature of my case, every step of this process was frightening. Patrick and the wonderful people he works with were kind, caring, and nonjudgmental. He made his role very clear to me from the beginning and promised to do everything he could to help clear my name. And he did! The...y answered every question I had to the best of their ability. Patrick connected me directly with the people and services outside of his office to help me get my life back. I can honestly say I am better off now than I ever was before. If you are feeling as lost and confused as I was, do not look any further. Patrick Roberts is the man you need to represent you. Outstanding, Highly Recommended

Attorney Roberts traveled out of state to assist with our case. From the beginning Attorney Roberts explained the gravity of the case and the possible outcomes. His work was thorough, extremely professional and of the highest high caliber. We placed our complete trust in his representation. With the ...final sentencing, even with a mandatory minimum, Attorney Roberts was able to secure a substantially reduced sentence. We are immensely pleased with Attorney Roberts and his work.

ALL CHARGES DISMISSED!!!!

I was charged with 3 counts of 1st degree Burglary 2 years ago that began the scariest time of my life. I was in jail with no end in sight with a 1 million dollar bail set for crimes I did not commit. Searching franticly for a lawyer, my wife came across Mr. Roberts who's office was very knowledgeab...le in answering our questions since this was our first experience with the criminal legal system. We worked out a payment plan for the legal expenses which was a blessing since we initially did not have the whole amount up front. With the price Mr. Roberts charged us I feel like I underpaid for what he has done for me and my family. The 1st step was to lower bail so that I could get out of jail. Needless to say after a great argument Bail was lowered from "1 million dollars to $50,000" with house arrest where I had to wear an ankle monitor. Within 3 days I was home with my family. Now we were on the road to proving my innocence which wouldn't be easy since the police has 2 different people from 2 separate break ins pick me out of a 6 person photo line up. In total I was charged with breaking into 3 different apartments in the middle of the night while people were sleeping. This trumped very serious charges that if convicted I would be facing 30 years in prison. During the whole process Mr. Roberts and his office staff stayed in touch with me meeting 2 times per month on Saturday's to keep in the loop with new information. Whenever I had a court appearance the office was great on making sure I was aware and prepared me for what to expect so I never missed a date. Some court dates Mr. Roberts did have other attorneys in his practice appear but it was usually for continuances or paperwork related issues and I was always told ahead of time who was coming in place of Mr. Roberts. I spent approximately 9 months on house arrest and after 2 appearances to remove we finally got a fair judge who could see I had no violations and no criminal record so it was removed. Mr. Roberts was very thorough in his argument to remove the house arrest that the judge granted it even before the DA had a chance to speak. It was great to watch the DA left speechless! After another year of hounding the DA office to proceed with the case to trial or drop the charges that's what brings us to this glorious day that I write this review. ALL CHARGES DISMISSED!!!!!!!!!! We were able to provide the DA's office with cell phone records that when pulled from cell towers showed that at the time of 2 of the 3 break ins I was home texting and face booking based off of the GPS coordinates from my phone. Crazy right! Mr. Roberts proved my innocence that I was home all night after 12 hour shift in the Prison, yes I was a correction officer before all of this. SO this case never went to trial, ALL CHARGES WERE DISMISSED and now I have my life back. I would recommend anyone facing serious charges to go to him. He is fair, firm, and direct and not afraid to go to trial if need be to fight for you. Thank you Patrick for giving me my life back and to anyone reading this who is scared and wondering where to turn, pick up the phone and give him a call. You will be thankful you did!
