Amazing and Confident Attorney

I was involved in a complicated health care fraud federal case. I was afraid, lost and worried about losing everything I worked hard to build. I contacted Robert's Law Team as soon as I was contacted by the federal government and immediately, I felt like I had a team on my side to support and advoc...ate for me. I felt protected. In honesty, there were times I did not always get along with Mr. Roberts. I didn't like the truth he tried to explain to me. I was new to this system and wanted things my way, only, but through each step, he calmly reminded me that it was his job to see a case and all it's possibilities to the end and to trust him. He also told me very early on that I may not always agree, or "like" him but he would always work hard for me. And that, he did. When I was sentenced in court, Mr. Roberts did his very best to explain my extenuating circumstances to the Judge and prosecuting attorneys in an effort to obtain the lowest sentence possible under the law, for me. He stood in the line of fire for me and my family that day. I testified in my case and Mr. Robert and his wonderful secretary, Sabina were my life-line. They answered all stressed out emails from prison, made sure to keep in contact with my family and when the big day arrived to present my information in court; on the very first row, giving me a "thumbs up" was none other than Mr. Roberts. He wasn't required to be there, he was there to support his client, me. He went over and beyond the scope of an attorney. He listened to my concerns, allowed me to cry, whine and complain, but, never once did he give up on me. I have been through an amazing journey from indictment, to prison, to back but the salve that allowed me to stand here today, was that very first decision I made to hire a competent attorney that cared about me as a person and most importantly, knew and understood the law. I highly recommend Roberts Law Team if you value competent, aggressive, confident attorneys when you need them most.

A Gift From GOD!!!!

With Jesus Christ being the head of our lives and attorney Patrick Roberts expertise in the law the impossible was made possible. In 2016 our 23 year old son was a soldier in the U.S Army stationed in North Carolina. He meet a young lady and they began to have a sexual relationship. Upon taking h...er home one evening he was approached by a police officer who stated that she was under age. He was asked to come to the police station and give a statement . During the interview with the police officers he admitted to having a sexual relationship with the young lady. He was later charged with statutory rape in 2 separate counties along with other charges. While searching online for an attorney we came across The Roberts Law Group. We drove 9 hours from Alabama to Raleigh N.C to meet with Attorney Patrick Roberts . Being from the south my husband and I were a little intimidated at first but after meeting attorney Roberts and his staff they made us feel very comfortable. Attorney Roberts and his staff were very professional. Every time our son had a court appearance my husband and I were notified several weeks in advance. When there were questions or concerns about the case attorney Roberts always notified us personally. During the entire year of 2016 our emotions were all over the place . It seemed like the DA had all of the evidence needed to convict our son. Our son was facing a lot of years in prison. But with our faith in God it finally turned around. Attorney Roberts negotiated a 24 month suspended sentence on all of the charges in the first County. In March 2017 attorney Roberts negotiated a 24 month suspended sentence on of all the charges in the second County . After serving 12 months of probation our son will soon have his life back. He has a felony on his record but he does not have to register as a sex offender. We are very grateful to The Roberts Law Group for there professionalism. We thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ .

Patrick Roberts

I hired attorney Patrick Roberts. I had a search warrant executed at my house based on receiving Growrh Hormone illegalky. Police found some weed during the search. Well, I had a prescription from a doctor for hgh. Anyways, no Fedreral charges and weed charge dismissed after probation and comminit...y service. Awesome attorney.

Once we hired the Roberts team, we knew we had the best

Patrick and his team are truly top notch. They are professional and committed to understanding you and your case and doing everything possible to reach the best outcome. My son was charged with 3 felonies and the outcome was 1 misdeamenor charge. When you hire Patrick and his team you know they are... the best and it helped put my mind at ease during a very stressful time in our lives. He knows everyone in the court system and you can tell he is highly respected by them. He always took the time to explain to us what was going on which I appreciated. Patrick is able to see many different angles for a case and determine the best argument. Ben and Kevin were also great to work with and I appreciated having a whole team on our side. Attentive and highly skilled

I hired Patrick and his firm to represent me in a very sensitive and frightening case. I was able to come in for a meeting immediately and had one of the most honest conversations of my life. He was honest, direct, and kind. There was no hint of judgement from a single person on their staff They foug...ht for my rights in a way I've never seen. I still joke with some close friends about the prowess that man has in a court room. Not only did he fight for me, he also ponted me in the direction of people who could actually help me. His confidence, knowledge, and support led to my charges being dismissed. I will forever keep their business cards on hand, and plan to use them for any legal matters, within their purview, going forward.
