Not many lawyers will take on a case after its been settled and there is an agreement in place. I actually found him through a fb group while going through the most stressful time of my life. He gave the most sound and reassuring advic...e without even asking for a fee upfront. Based on his advice, I had the confidence to proceed with my custody case. I was terrified about the "standard 50/50 arrangement" and he assured me that this is not always the case. I ended up with primary custody of my kids, and I know that without his consult I would never have had the confidence to take it to court after 2 failed mediations with my ex. Richard Gantt helped me when I was at my lowest of all time. My ex was threatening to take my kids from me, take me to court, and make me pay for all of it (this was after doing the court arbitration, that she had agreed to).
