Mr Mathison was easy to understand, patient when asked to explain further, and knowledgeable of the law and the court process. Clearly outlined the choices for my girlfriend's DWI from the beginning and his planned approach to defense. I was participating for moral support and an extra set of ears to... recall conversations. one office visit, numerous emails/texts, two court apprearances (scheduling and shopping district attorneys). And he had a back up plan to for an appeal if we lost. After the case was dismissed on a technicallity he spotted, he is working to expunge the arrest completely.
