Terrific representation

I would trust Attorney Matheson with the most complex cases. I hired him to represent me in a case where the outcome could have been very long lasting, along with jail time. He far outweighed expectations in the courtroom. He tore down the prosecutor's argument, and the case was dismissed. His staff ...is very knowledgeable and will stay in constant contact through your entire process.

Excellent Attorney

Attorney Matheson is a fantastic lawyer. I do not write reviews, but I do know what it means to need a lawyer and to need a good one. I am putting this here in case someone needs a lawyer and needs a real good one. Attorney Matheson is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and is honest about what you...r options are. The Legal Dream Team

I hired Attorney Matheson to represent me on a moving violation charge. I initially called on a Saturday, expecting to speak to an answering service. ( I called several attorneys prior to Atty Matheson.) Not only did he answer his phone, he graciously spoke with me for nearly 30 minutes! I felt b...etter about the situation before I’d even met with him. I knew, mid-conversation, he was the attorney for me. Upon initial consultation, he confirmed my belief in his genuine concern for me & my case. His team was my “Dream Team”. They were consistently professional, attentive and thorough. Reasonable and expectations met!

We hired Mr. Matheson for a situation regarding medication that WakeMed "police" charged misdemeanor for illegal possession. Mr. Matheson took copies of the legal scripts, pics of the bottles, and was very reassuring that the charges would be dropped. On the day of court, Mr. Matheson provided the ne...cessary documentation to the Prosecutor who immediately dropped the charges. We found Mr. Matheson to charge very reasonable fees, and was true to his word. He told us how the process would go, and that's exactly how it went. Either he or his office responded within hours to any emails via their app. Very pleased and highly recommend!
