Speeding ticket

Tony helped me with my speeding ticket. He was easy to talk to and he explained what the possible outcomes could be. He was responsive and made the process painless for me. he was able to drop my speeding ticket to improper equipment, so no points deduction on my D/L and insurance.

Traffic Ticket to Improper Equipement

Mr. Huynh was very easy to work with. I had a speeding ticket and I was worried of points being added to my license as well as my insurance rate going up. Mr. Huynh was very reassuring, understanding, and very informative on the process of handing traffic cases such as mine. All I had to do was pa...y his flat rate of $100, email him a copy of the ticket, and a copy of my driving record and that was it. I heard from him the day after my court date, and he explained what had happened; that I had the best possible outcome, and all I had to do was pay the court fees. I have a couple months to get it into the court, which allows me time to adjust my personal budget. Overall; awesome experience and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Speeding Ticket

Attorney Huynh handled my speeding ticket without me ever having to go to court. He reduced my speed so that it did not affect my insurance or driver license point. I am very satisfied with his services.

Very unprofessional

This law office was unable to handle a simple speeding ticket. By Tony’s own admission, his staff really messed up. He offered no way to solve the issue other than waiting or me hiring another attorney. So, I retained a much better attorney and will have my case handled correctly.

There are many great attorneys in Rowan and I am happy you were able to assist you in this matter. Yes, you are correct. Your case was not resolved in the timely fashion as discussed in our initial consultation. However, your case was delayed because we did not have the necessary documents to resolve your case. We ask all of our clients to provide certain documents in order to resolve their cases— these are certain documents that our firm can not provide because they require personal information (SSN ) which we do not ask of our clients. In this specific situation, it was not provided until the actual hearing date, which is why it was delayed because we did not receive it in time.
