I, unfortunately, have a few speeding tickets and recently ran into so bad luck along the way and got 2 tickets only a couple weeks apart. I do not live in the state of NC so I did some research and saw that he is affordable, knowledgeable, and worked pretty quickly. It was easy to get and stay in co...ntact with him and his team. I plead guilty to the ticket here in my home state (though I should have hired a lawyer so I didn't take the point hits on my record or have it go onto my insurance). Thankfully, even when I notified him with one a couple days to the court day, he was able to take care of it with no points on my license or having to raise my insurance. I would give him more stars but I can only put 5 stars. I would highly recommend him and his staff! :)

I was at the end of a long road trip and didn't notice the speed limit change from 70 to 55, and was in absolute panic over the severity of receiving a speeding ticket for going 27 mph over the limit. I found Tony online and he answered the phone right away, and told me exactly what I needed to do in... order to obtain the best outcome. His assistant, Madison, was always prompt in responding to my emails and was organized throughout the entire process. Got my ticket reduced to improper equipment. Tony is the BEST! I hope to never be in this situation again but will not hesitate to refer anyone I know to him. Do not go to anyone else!!

Got a ticket going 26mph over, my citation was for "Speeding and Careless & Reckless Driving"...He was able to get the charge reduced to 9 mph over which means my insurance was not affected and my premiums will not go up! Super easy process, he gave me the best and worst case scenario to expect from ...the case and his legal secretary was quick in responding to my questions and making sure I took the proper steps to ensure the best outcome of the case. If you have a traffic violation I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Huynh is a great attorney who helped me to resolve the speeding ticket i got in NC during my visit there. I was nervous since this is my first ticket and when left a message, Huynh called me back and explained the worst and best scenarios. He finally got the best result for me without any points and ...therefore no increase in the insurance. His assistant Madison was in contact with the timely updates on the case. I called Tony the day I got my speeding ticket; I never had a speeding ticket before and was prepared for my insurance to go up. Then Tony took over. Ended up with improper equipment and no points! I never had to go to court, and Tony's fee was more than reasonable...especially given the outcome. His... office staff is just as on top of their game as Tony is...he's really got a great team!
