I hired Tony to handle a reckless driving/speeding ticket received while traveling through Greensboro. I live in Virginia. I spoke with his Paralegal and to Tony and felt confident they would handle it well. They were able to get it reduced down to Improper Equipment with no points on the license and... no insurance increase. I didn’t even have to appear in court! I am from out of state. I received a speeding ticket just hours before I was scheduled to fly back to my home state. The State Patrol officer informed me that due to the speed I was being ticketed for, I would not be able to just pay the speeding ticket - that I would have to appear in court for this... ticket. In a complete panic I searched for a local attorney. I saw that Attorney Huynh had several positive reviews, so I decided to call him. Mr. Huynh informed me that he would be able to appear in court on my behalf, so I would not need to fly back to NC to appear in court. Additionally Mr. Huynh stated that, as long as I had a clear driving record, he would be able to get my ticket reduced to a lesser speed - which would then count less points against my driving record. Attorney Huynh and his staff handled everything for me. On the day of my court date I received an email from one of Mr. Huynh's legal assistants, stating that my ticket had been reduced and that all I needed to do was go online and pay the fees. Attorney Huynh made this a very painless process. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Huynh handled my traffic ticket from start to finish and I was able to complete everything online and over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and had a complete procedure in place for me to follow from the moment I made initial contact to right after the court date. Everything was clearly expla...ined and he successfully reduced my ticket; zero points and no insurance rate increase! All of this and I didn't even need to appear in court! I had speeding tickets that were 10 years old! I thought I was going to end up paying a lot of money to have these issues cleared up, but Tony took care of everything within a week of being paid!
