Best possible outcome for an out of state driver.

After having phone conversations with several lawyers and reading reviews for many more, we hired Jason to represent our daughter in a difficult traffic case, which could have resulted in a license suspension. Jason's guidance, patience and persistence resulted in a significant reduction in charges. ...Without the upfront prep work that he guided us through I am convinced the outcome would have been different. He is a pleasure to work with, completely honest about the process and possible outcomes. He always returned our calls and responded to emails quickly. He remained positive and patient while we were anxious and fearing the worst. If I ever need a lawyer in North Carolina again, Jason will be the first person that I call. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and could not be happier that we chose Jason to represent our daughter.

Highly Recommended!!!

I highly recommend attorney Jason Aycoth for anyone who is in need of a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Aycoth was there for me and my family from day one. He was honest and upfront in regards to the seriousness of my case. However, Jason remained positive and very determined to get me the best res...ults possible. I will always be grateful for his advice and guidance through my legal ordeal. I was facing 17+ years in prison on drug charges, but thanks to Mr. Aycoth's knowledge and skills inside and outside of the courtroom, I was able to avoid a prison sentence and return home with my family. Great lawyer - dismissed my DUI case

I hired Mr. Aycoth for a DUI case. He spent a great deal of time organizing, preparing and analyzing the case. When we went to trial, he worked hard to investigate all the details of the roads, and specifics to the traffic stop. After hours of questioning, he was able to get the entire case dismissed... by introducing a very minor oversight by everyone in court that day - failure to properly introduce me and put my name into record. Helped to dismiss my DUI case
